Revit - Graphical planning tool for medical objects
Creation of a graphical planning tool for positioning medical objects in a 3D space. Subsequent internal labeling and marking of the objects. Creation of multilingual material lists.
Task for Kleen Software:
Conversion and porting of the entire workflow from AutoCAD to Revit
The customer produces and sells systems for medical diagnostics. The spectrum ranges from "simple" ultrasound equipment, X-ray systems, computer tomographs, magnetic resonance tomographs to complex PET scanners and robot-supported angiography systems in the operating theater environment.
AutoCAD/Revit workflow
The list of planned components is created in the CAD system using the inserted device symbols and the metadata stored in them from the Excel table belonging to the product group, which contains all texts in several languages and is downloaded from an intranet server when the function is executed.
For reasons of compatibility and simplified data maintenance, the customer would like to control this "legend generation" in Revit using exactly the same Excel tables.
