What is CAD automation?
Which CAD user is not familiar with this?
After the first successful steps in the field of CAD, you realize that repetitive work is required. Monotonous, time-consuming and therefore often incorrect.
This is where CAD automation comes in.
We automate your CAD system and create a system tailored to your requirements, i.e. the creation of CAD drawings or CAD data in 2D or 3D without involving a user at all.
Simply automatically.
Advantages of CAD automation
- Error-free drawings and data at the touch of a button
 - No CAD experience required
 - Relief for designers, architects and draughtsmen
 - Cost reduction
 - Process-related standardization
 - Data transfer from upstream processes
 - Data transfer to downstream processes
 - Automatic material lists and parts lists
 - Automated quotations
 - Automated order documents

Standard and rules
If you have recurring work steps, these can also always be summarized in sets of rules. The basis of a manual CAD design is usually the standard or the template.
Time-consuming designs can then be simplified.
Interfaces
For example, lists, data or Excel lists can be read by the system and the automatic drawings, data and parts lists can be transferred to other systems in the shortest possible time.
Quotations
Does your sales or field service employee need the quotation drawing on site as quickly as possible? No problem.
The data is forwarded to the CAD system using the simplest systems, for example via the web. The quotation drawing is available within a few seconds.
Order documents
A further expansion stage is the automatic creation of order documents.
The production data is collected by the system and the interfaces.
The production drawings are created. The parts lists or material lists are generated.
All documents are then provided and transferred to downstream systems through to production.
We have systems in use that have reduced the processing time for production documents, for example, from several hours to 20 seconds.
Quick and easy.
Consulting
As is so often the case, it all starts with advice. We will be happy to discuss the required workflows with you. As we have extensive experience in various industries and CAD systems, we are sure to find the optimum solution for you.
We do not sell licenses, we provide independent advice.
Conclusion
