Component library - Create and edit components

With the component library, it is possible to create and maintain different component types. For example, article numbers and standards can be recorded for each component. It is also possible to enter detailed information. This allows information such as dimensions or associated fasteners (such as screws) to be stored.

Use in AutoCAD

This module is part of an AutoCAD plug-in commissioned by a customer from the balcony construction sector. The information provided as described above can be used in this plug-in to generate (among other things) a list of all materials required for a balcony to be produced.

The central storage of this information in a database ensures that every user of the plug-in cannot overlook any necessary components when completing the construction drawing. Furthermore, adjustments to the components are made directly for all users.
